Return & Refund Policy

A1 Auto Supply wants customers to be satisfied with their purchases. The following policy explains when returns and refunds may be available.
Return Period
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the date the customer receives the order. Returned items must be unused, in new condition, in the original packaging, and include all accessories, parts, and documentation. Proof of purchase or an order number may be required. Installed, used, modified, altered, or customer-damaged items may not qualify for return.
Non-returnable items
Non-returnable items may include installed or used products; opened or installed electrical/electronic products where applicable; custom or specially ordered items; products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or modification; gift cards; and products specifically identified as final sale or non-returnable at purchase. Product-specific restrictions will be disclosed on the product page or at checkout when applicable.
How to request a return
Contact A1 Auto Supply before sending an item back. Provide your name, order number, item, and reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before shipping the product.
Return shipping
Customers are generally responsible for ordinary return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item was sent. In those cases, A1 Auto Supply will work with the customer on an appropriate resolution.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as possible. Photos of the product, packaging, or shipping label may be requested. Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
Refunds
After a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Partial refunds
A full refund may not be available when returned merchandise is missing parts, accessories, or packaging, or shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect the item. Customers will be informed if a partial refund applies.
Order cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. An order that has already been processed or shipped may not be cancellable and may need to follow the return process.
Buy Now, Pay Later
If Cash App Afterpay or another buy-now-pay-later method is used, approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and are subject to the applicable provider's procedures. A1 Auto Supply does not control the provider's financing terms, payment schedule, or account adjustments.
